In the past, Bankwest Business had found that the collateral their relationship managers were using when visiting new clients was quite fragmented and didn’t talk in the same tone across all the different products they offered. They also wanted to somehow personalise the messaging, based on what a particular new business prospect might find the most appealing in their suite of products.
I set out to create a kit that was not only modular by using different brochures throughout, but one that would be able to be personalised and relevant to the potential client when handed over at the end of the meeting. To do this I needed a way to be able to have one brochure lead with the most relevant message.
A conversational concept was developed where a die cut of a speech bubble was used on the cover of the folder and a question and answer format for each of the brochures inside was developed.
