It’s awesome hanging out at The Village of Useful I get to create cool things, like the re-branding of Pacific Dunes Golf Club at Port Stephens.
I was tasked with creating a consistent looking brand across a range of their materials including – printed collateral, outdoor, signage, interior sales office design and mapping. Another big part to the project was the re-design of their website, merging both Golf and Residential into the one site.
There were still two distinct audiences we spoke to in our communications – golfers and home buyers.
Golfers wanted to know that they were playing on a course comparable to the other top notch courses, so we created a press campaign that extended to online display and spoke to the challenging nature of the course. A creative insight was the love/hate relationship they have with their game.
Residential prospects wanted to see the benefits of living on a world-class course, so brochures, sales plans, flyers and online played a big role in convincing prospects that Pacific Dunes was a great place to live.
